Madalina Caliman

Bio

Dr Madalina Caliman graduated in 1997 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry in Iasi, Romania. After 4 years of practising general dentistry in the home city, she moved together with her family to New Zealand where she registered with the Dental Council of NZ through University of Otago NZDREX 2004. She is also a member of NZ Dental Association.

Madalina joined Papanui Dental Centre in October 2008 and has approached all aspects of general dentistry, from restorative implant work to cosmetic veneers, crown and bridge work, root canal treatments, etc. She is dedicated to provide the best possible dental care tailored to the patients' needs by involving them in the decision-making process using a calm and sensible manner.

Outside of dentistry, Madalina enjoys playing piano, violin and guitar combined with a special interest in alternative medicine like hypnotherapy, aromatherapy and yoga.
